Really interesting, loved the talk and educational piece, the first assessment with lots of explanations, identify with the approach that encourages the individual to take ownership for their health holistically. I found all the staff very friendly and approachable and truly felt like a valued customer. It was very much about a relationship and not a transaction. Great explanations
It was really nice to have everything explained so clearly and by someone who really cares about their patients needs and concerns to the extent that I have no doubt what so ever that my health will improve under her care. Welcoming and Friendly
I found the practice very welcoming and friendly. The information I received was excellent and informative. My first appointment with Cathy was also excellent. She was very clear on how she could help me as I was weary with being pregnant. I will definitely be bring my baby when she arrived. You are always greeted with a smile and a hearty hello from Laurel on the front desk, which is lovely. I would highly recommend this practice. Thank you!
